The room was new-fashioned and what's more - included a shower, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns. Loved its courtyard views. The location was perfect and particularly good, really close to restaurants as well as Almaty.

I stayed at the Resident Hotel Kazybek Bi during a transit in Almaty, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, as it is only 15 km away from Almaty International Airport. This made it extremely easy for me to catch my flight the next day without the stress of a long commute. the hotel had a comfortable and clean atmosphere, providing a peaceful night's sleep before my onward journey.

While my stay at Resident Hotel Kazybek Bi was largely pleasant, there were a few minor drawbacks. This discrepancy, although not the fault of the hotel, should be highlighted to clarify any misunderstandings for future travelers.

The double room was well maintained and fantastic. The hotel was just next door to a different restaurant and Almaty. It's just a short walk away from Chaikhana Tashkent.
